Do I have to use the layout shown on the web site? No, these are custom items and you can have whatever
information you want on your products layed out however you want.
Can I use a logo or emblem? Yes, we will use your art at no additional charge as long as
you furnish us with a suitable image file. For full color
items, almost any file format will work. For one or two color jobs, we will need all black and white art. JPG and
Microsoft Word files usually don't work. If you have a PDF, AI, or EPS file it probably will.
(Saving a JPG or Word file as a PDF will not work either.)
Will I see a proof before printing? Yes, we will e-mail a PDF proof to you for your approval before
your order is printed.
How long does it take? It normally takes one to two working days to get a proof. Production times vary
from item to item. See the item page for production time for a particular item. Times do not include shipping
time, so add one to five working days for shipping.
Will the imprint fade? Everything will eventually fade in the sun. Our tags should be good for a year
or more. The screen printed ones are the most fade resistant.
Will they crack? Cracking is usually a problem with tags 35 mil or thicker. Our tags are 20 mil and thinner
and should not crack under normal conditions.
Will they curl? The thinner tags are more susceptible to curling, so our 10 mil and 14 mil could curl some under
extensive exposure to the sun. Our 20 il tags should not curl.
Can I get quantities other than what is shown on the price list? The minimum quantity shown on each price
list is the minimum we can do for that item. For other quantities not shown on the price list contact us for a quote.
